I’m writing to share an important update regarding the 2026 ARAPA Conference. Due to lower-than-anticipated registration numbers, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s conference.

We recognize the time, energy, and commitment many of you have already invested—especially our presenters who prepared to contribute their expertise. This was not an easy decision, and we sincerely appreciate your willingness to be part of this event.

All registration fees will be fully refunded. Refunds will be processed automatically, and additional details will be shared shortly.

At this time, our focus will shift toward intentional planning for the 2027 ARAPA Conference. We are committed to creating a strong, engaging experience next year and hope to have you involved.

Thank you again for your support of ARAPA and the important work you do in the field. We look forward to connecting with you in the future.
